I was really happy with the sales team. Cory was great to work with when I purchased my side-by-side, and everyone was friendly and helpful. I feel, the communication during the repair process started out poorly. I wasn't getting calls or texts explaining what needed to be repaired, and I usually had to reach out first to get updates. At times, the information I received was very limited, which was frustrating. After I expressed my concerns, the service department did a much better job communicating. They explained the damage to the roll cage, sent me photos, answered my questions, and have continued to keep me updated while waiting for parts. I also understand that the remaining parts are on backorder from CFMOTO because the Z10 is a new model, and that's outside the dealership's control. I appreciate that they listened to my concerns and improved their communication. While I wish the repair process had started that way, I'm thankful for the updates and the effort they've made to keep me informed

Went to get a 2026 crf250r they couldn’t let me take it with the recall happening on them. Marcus convinced me to get a yz250f 70th anniversary. Even cut me a deal because of the Honda situation! Super helpful and friendly environment! Thanks guys! Gonna love the new bike!!
