Just bought my second Yamaha Tenere 700 from Karl Malone powersports in Heber. These guys are awesome. Great small town dealership that beats most of the other dealerships in the valley. Copeland Nelson the General Manager gave me a great deal on my trade in and on my new Yamaha. Robert Williams was a great salesman and got the deal done fast. They even delivered my new bike and picked up my trade in. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
I was really happy with the sales team. Cory was great to work with when I purchased my side-by-side, and everyone was friendly and helpful. I feel, the communication during the repair process started out poorly. I wasn't getting calls or texts explaining what needed to be repaired, and I usually had to reach out first to get updates. At times, the information I received was very limited, which was frustrating. After I expressed my concerns, the service department did a much better job communicating. They explained the damage to the roll cage, sent me photos, answered my questions, and have continued to keep me updated while waiting for parts. I also understand that the remaining parts are on backorder from CFMOTO because the Z10 is a new model, and that's outside the dealership's control. I appreciate that they listened to my concerns and improved their communication. While I wish the repair process had started that way, I'm thankful for the updates and the effort they've made to keep me informed

He took to the time to get to know me and treated us like family. Everything was smooth he answered all questions in person and over the phone. I highly recommend going to see Robert at Karl Malone power sports in Heber. My next purchase will be from him 8/4 update I had an issue with the audio system in my jetski. I took it another KarlMalone powers ports dealership closer to me they were unable to find the issue. The heber location stepped up came and picked up my jetski, I live almost 2 hours away from them and fixed it really quick and it didn’t cost me anything. They showed they still cared after the sales. Top notch people.
