I decided to buy a new Honda Rebel 1100T and originally looked at Honda World in SLC, but their price was way higher than I expected. I got online and found a great deal at Karl Malone Heber that was about $1,500 less out the door than what Honda World was offering. Once Honda World found out, they tried to keep matching, but Karl Malone Heber kept beating them. In the end, they saved me over $2,000 on the exact same bike. Because of those savings, I was able to easily cover the engine guard, passenger seat, and sissy bar upgrades I wanted to add right away before my two-week camping trip with my dad in June. It also helped cover new helmets for both me and my son, which made the deal feel even better. On top of that, they delivered the bike to me in Taylorsville the very next day on a trailer, free of charge still with 1 mike one it. About a week later, I had an issue where the shift shaft slipped out of the shift drum. Karl Malone Heber came back down, picked up the bike, diagnosed it the same day, and got it covered under warranty. That kind of service is hard to beat. I truly could not be happier with this place. Everything has been as easy as possible. No headaches, no nickel-and-diming, just straightforward, top-tier service. A huge shoutout to Copeland, Cory, and Garrison for taking care of everything and making my first new vehicle purchase completely painless.
