My son & I have purchased two dirt bikes from Robert Williams at Karl Malone Power Sports in Heber City Utah in the past year. Robert is a great guy, no pressure, he just wants to help you find the right toy and have fun. After two purchases with Robert he is family now, we hope he will go riding with us soon. I would recommend Robert to anyone, he is awesome to work with and if your not friends with him when the deal is done, I don't know what's wrong with you. :)

I decided to buy a new Honda Rebel 1100T and originally looked at Honda World in SLC, but their price was way higher than I expected. I got online and found a great deal at Karl Malone Heber that was about $1,500 less out the door than what Honda World was offering. Once Honda World found out, they tried to keep matching, but Karl Malone Heber kept beating them. In the end, they saved me over $2,000 on the exact same bike. Because of those savings, I was able to easily cover the engine guard, passenger seat, and sissy bar upgrades I wanted to add right away before my two-week camping trip with my dad in June. It also helped cover new helmets for both me and my son, which made the deal feel even better. On top of that, they delivered the bike to me in Taylorsville the very next day on a trailer, free of charge still with 1 mike one it. About a week later, I had an issue where the shift shaft slipped out of the shift drum. Karl Malone Heber came back down, picked up the bike, diagnosed it the same day, and got it covered under warranty. That kind of service is hard to beat. I truly could not be happier with this place. Everything has been as easy as possible. No headaches, no nickel-and-diming, just straightforward, top-tier service. A huge shoutout to Copeland, Cory, and Garrison for taking care of everything and making my first new vehicle purchase completely painless. I have had zero buyer’s remorse because I know they went to work for me and gave me the best price I could find anywhere around. Many years down the road, when I look for another bike, the first call I make will be to Karl Malone Heber. I cannot recommend them enough.

I normally avoid dealerships, because I just dont like the atmosphere and pressure associated with dealers. There was a used RZR at Karl Malone Powersports in Heber that was a good deal and so I went ahead and messaged on it. I ended up working with Robert and frankly it wasn't just good it was a fantastic experience. For once I actually enjoyed myself at a dealer. Their showroom was a Candy Store for the Gas-Head like myself, and Robert was just amazing to deal with. These guys actually care about people and it was actually fun to hang out, chat with them, look at stuff and leave after buying the RZR I was looking at for an amazing deal. No hassels, everyone was nice and just all around awesome. Its the kind of place that I could see myself just stopping and checking stuff out for fun when passing through, just because the place was so enjoyable to be at even if I wasnt buying. You dont find places like this much anymore and it made me want to move to Heber. Thanks Robert!!

I was pleasantly surprised with my experience of buying a Yamaha Wolverine RMAX 4 UTV from Karl Malone Motorsports in my town of Heber City, Utah. I’m a 73-yr-old widow who had wanted a side by side off-road vehicle for over 7 years, prior to my husband passing away 4 years ago. With zero knowledge of these fun vehicles I was literally at the mercy of my salesman, Duncan, the finance manager, Colton, the parts manager, Adam, and the general manager, Copeland. But they were sooo helpful and knowledgeable that I felt confident relying on their expertise as I explained what I wanted and how I’d be using this vehicle. They were able to find me a beautiful used Wolverine—-only 56 miles on it—-down at their dealership in Salt Lake City and had it transported up to their dealership in Heber City the very next day. They had it washed and waiting for me in the showroom and I immediately fell in love with it! We got all the paperwork done and after their team checked it out and prepped it, I was able to have a friend tow it home for me. I bought a used trailer along with it from them but I just didn’t feel confident in it and decided I wanted to return it and buy a new one. Copeland was completely understanding and refunded the entire trailer purchase price. I proceeded to buy a brand new trailer and with the help of my best and most knowledgeable male friends, I’ve learned to load and unload “Ginny” onto the trailer and tow it with my 30’ motorhome! It’s a steep learning curve and I still need to conquer “backing it up” but my buddies are right here to teach me! And not only do I consider these employees and several others there, my friends now, I got the meet the MAILMAN himself, Karl Malone, and converse with him twice! That was a definite plus! I’m sure I will have an ongoing relationship with these fine folks and I highly recommend this dealership. It’s one thing for an experienced male off-roader to walk into a dealership and confidently converse with his salesman and support staff but entirely the opposite when a senior citizen woman walks in with literally zero knowledge of this fun hobby! I appreciate the relationship I have developed with the entire staff and even stopped by yesterday to show them “Ginny”, my new trailer, and my 30’ motorhome that I had just driven all the way down to Salt Lake City for some maintenance on my MH! I'd like to share an experience that I had @ Karl Malone Motorsports in Heber, UT. I'm from CA, out here in Utah for the Supercross finale in Salt Lake City. I went into the Heber location, looking for a few things. I was greeted by Adam Phillips, the parts manager. Adam and his associates are professional, and very friendly; exactly as you would want in any shopping experience. They fulfilled my intended purpose, and I'm very satisfied with their demeanor and integrity. I would recommend them for any/all of your needs, pertaining to the services/products that they provide.
