I feel, the communication during the repair process started out poorly. I wasn't getting calls or texts explaining what needed to be repaired, and I usually had to reach out first to get updates. At times, the information I received was very limited, which was frustrating. After I expressed my concerns, the service department did a much better job communicating. They explained the damage to the roll cage, sent me photos, answered my questions, and have continued to keep me updated while waiting for parts. I also understand that the remaining parts are on backorder from CFMOTO because the Z10 is a new model, and that's outside the dealership's control. I appreciate that they listened to my concerns and improved their communication. While I wish the repair process had started that way, I'm thankful for the updates and the effort they've made to keep me informed

I decided to buy a new Honda Rebel 1100T and originally looked at Honda World in SLC, but their price was way higher than I expected. About a week later, I had an issue where the shift shaft slipped out of the shift drum. Karl Malone Heber came back down, picked up the bike, diagnosed it the same day, and got it covered under warranty. That kind of service is hard to beat. I truly could not be happier with this place. Everything has been as easy as possible. No headaches, no nickel-and-diming, just straightforward, top-tier service.
