Definitely had a GREAT experience with this location in Herber. The sales man, skyler truly showed his professionalism in getting me what I wanted. This is my first off road vechicle purchase and I couldn't be any happier. After getting a bad experience with the provo location, the Heber location proved to me that Karl Malone Powersports are truly there for there and have the most upmost respect for their customers. Not only do i get to have a great time with family and friends with this vechicle, I get to help a non-profit get what they been needing for years! Thank you!

I was really happy with the sales team. Cory was great to work with when I purchased my side-by-side, and everyone was friendly and helpful. I feel, the communication during the repair process started out poorly. I wasn't getting calls or texts explaining what needed to be repaired, and I usually had to reach out first to get updates. At times, the information I received was very limited, which was frustrating. After I expressed my concerns, the service department did a much better job communicating. They explained the damage to the roll cage, sent me photos, answered my questions, and have continued to keep me updated while waiting for parts. I also understand that the remaining parts are on backorder from CFMOTO because the Z10 is a new model, and that's outside the dealership's control. I appreciate that they listened to my concerns and improved their communication. While I wish the repair process had started that way, I'm thankful for the updates and the effort they've made to keep me informed

I decided to buy a new Honda Rebel 1100T and originally looked at Honda World in SLC, but their price was way higher than I expected. I got online and found a great deal at Karl Malone Heber that was about $1,500 less out the door than what Honda World was offering. Once Honda World found out, they tried to keep matching, but Karl Malone Heber kept beating them. In the end, they saved me over $2,000 on the exact same bike. Because of those savings, I was able to easily cover the engine guard, passenger seat, and sissy bar upgrades I wanted to add right away before my two-week camping trip with my dad in June. It also helped cover new helmets for both me and my son, which made the deal feel even better. On top of that, they delivered the bike to me in Taylorsville the very next day on a trailer, free of charge still with 1 mike one it. About a week later, I had an issue where the shift shaft slipped out of the shift drum. Karl Malone Heber came back down, picked up the bike, diagnosed it the same day, and got it covered under warranty. That kind of service is hard to beat. I truly could not be happier with this place. Everything has been as easy as possible. No headaches, no nickel-and-diming, just straightforward, top-tier service. A huge shoutout to Copeland, Cory, and Garrison for taking care of everything and making my first new vehicle purchase completely painless. I have had zero buyer’s remorse because I know they went to work for me and gave me the best price I could find anywhere around. Many years down the road, when I look for another bike, the first call I make will be to Karl Malone Heber. I cannot recommend them enough.

I wanted to get a side by side and Karl Malone in heber had shipped one from Idaho to there store just for me, they were amazing very kind and made sure I was taking everything home in tip top shape!
