First time buying a side by side. Cory was my salesman. Couldn’t have been better, no pressure, made it a point to find one that I was wanting, then I asked for a trailer and they put that on the deal too, which was amazing. Communication was awesome from start to finish and then some. Ryan, on the financial side was great too. As someone with not perfect credit, he made it work and I’m definitely happy with the terms. Communication and understanding. Will definitely do business with them again.

I picked up a 2022 razor turbo R Several weeks back now. The experience has been nothing but phenomenal Just like anything in life, you’re gonna experience a bump in the road and What matters most is how it’s handled. I can’t say enough as a customer and as a person of the customer service realm I appreciate what these guys have done for me. There’s a manager there named Michael Webb, who has gone above and beyond what most sales manager should have to do for a sale. His days of being on the floor and dealing with customers should be long gone, but he still runs his job in the business like he’s on the floor still selling, He leads by example and you can tell that he cares about his customers at Karl Malone. Highly recommend them. Hopefully you get the pleasure of working with The sales manager that I did. Huge thank you.

I decided to buy a new Honda Rebel 1100T and originally looked at Honda World in SLC, but their price was way higher than I expected. I got online and found a great deal at Karl Malone Heber that was about $1,500 less out the door than what Honda World was offering. Once Honda World found out, they tried to keep matching, but Karl Malone Heber kept beating them. In the end, they saved me over $2,000 on the exact same bike. Because of those savings, I was able to easily cover the engine guard, passenger seat, and sissy bar upgrades I wanted to add right away before my two-week camping trip with my dad in June. It also helped cover new helmets for both me and my son, which made the deal feel even better. On top of that, they delivered the bike to me in Taylorsville the very next day on a trailer, free of charge still with 1 mike one it. About a week later, I had an issue where the shift shaft slipped out of the shift drum. Karl Malone Heber came back down, picked up the bike, diagnosed it the same day, and got it covered under warranty. That kind of service is hard to beat. I truly could not be happier with this place. Everything has been as easy as possible. No headaches, no nickel-and-diming, just straightforward, top-tier service. A huge shoutout to Copeland, Cory, and Garrison for taking care of everything and making my first new vehicle purchase completely painless. I have had zero buyer’s remorse because I know they went to work for me and gave me the best price I could find anywhere around. Many years down the road, when I look for another bike, the first call I make will be to Karl Malone Heber. I cannot recommend them enough.
