Picked up my 2025 Yamaha R7 from Karl Malone and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Hudson was super helpful from start to finish — answered all my questions, didn’t try to push anything, and really made the whole process smooth. You can tell he knows his stuff and actually cares about helping you get the right bike. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and easy to talk to. No pressure, no weird sales tactics — just good people who love bikes.

I just bought a 2025 Kawasaki Ninja 500 from Heber City Karl Malone Power Sports. I worked with a salesman named Robert. Working with him while I was trying to buy it talking about price and scheduling a delivery date was great. He was quick to respond and gave me the information that I requested. However, when I received my bike I shortly discovered that it was still in transport mode so I reached out to Robert and said he would get it taken care of and keep me updated. The next day I didn't receive a single message and had to reach out to him to receive any sort of update. Long story short they were able to send a tech out from Heber to Vernal to get it taken care of. The only problem for me was that I was told I would receive updates and was never informed about what was happening and I had to be the one to reach out. Other than that I am super grateful for these guys for delivering my bike and working with me. Huge shoutout to the service team for sending a tech out too.

I originally reached out to Karl Malone about a possible trade in. I wanted to trade in a Kawasaki KLX 140 for a Talaria e dirt bike. Robert got back to me quickly. We discussed what I was looking to buy and although they didn’t have the particular model I thought I wanted Robert shared two potential options (79 Bike Falcon Pro and E Ride Pro SS) Robert answered numerous questions, worked with me on the price, and even sent me pictures to help get me comfortable to move forward. I appreciated him educating me and walking me through the considerations. When I was ready to buy, I brought my trade in and there was no hassle or fanfare about it. We inked the deal and I was in and out the door in 20 minutes. It was a great experience and I highly recommend working with them.

Karl Malone in Heber City was determined to find exactly what I wanted. My salesman, Robert, was very professional and incredible to work with. There was no messing around. They appreciated that I was looking at another bike at another dealer (closer to home) and that I was going to have to drive over an hour to get to Heber. They valued my time and that is something that is (sadly) getting harder and harder to find these days. I had done my homework and I knew what I wanted and they found the exact match. When I arrived, Robert already had the bike I wanted set out from the line for my inspection. They were 100% upfront with the OTD price, including the upgrades I wanted from the very start. Everything was detailed in the written quote and I had no hassle negotiating that price down to what I was willing to pay…… and it didn’t take a dozen trips back and forth to the SM to get there! I was out the door with the complete deal in 90 minutes. If the upgrades could have been done the same day, I would have been truly amazed, but parts had to be ordered and this was over a holiday weekend, so I didn’t expect to take delivery on the day. But I didn’t expect them to offer free delivery. They are going to deliver the bike to me next week when the upgrades are done so I won’t have to drive another 2 hours back there to pick it up! That is service above and beyond and deserves every one of the 5 Stars for this review. Thanks, Robert! You earned it!!

Adam was an absolute boss and consultative expert when I chose the Mattracks tracks system for my CanAm. I was in a jam and needed tracks asap to handle an emergency at our mountain place. He walked my through the process and got them on my machine and it performed amazingly in some extremely sketchy conditions. So, the products he got me were spot on and installed quickly and professionally and Adam was exactly what I needed not knowing the field with these different track systems. He didn’t sell, me, he listened to my needs and got me connected with the best fit. Refreshing. Thanks Adam.
