He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, answered every question I had without making me feel pressured or like he was just trying to close a sale. It was refreshing to work with someone who genuinely wanted to help me find the right fit. That kind of attitude is rare and it absolutely earned my trust. I’ll definitely be back. Karl Malone clearly knows how to train their team right.

Wanted to leave a 5 Star review for the sales agent who I purchased my new Honda 2025 CRF 450R from. His name was Cru and he was super knowledgeable about all the dirt bikes on the sales floor. I'd like to share an experience that I had @ Karl Malone Motorsports in Heber, UT. I'm from CA, out here in Utah for the Supercross finale in Salt Lake City. I went into the Heber location, looking for a few things. I was greeted by Adam Phillips, the parts manager. Adam and his associates are professional, and very friendly; exactly as you would want in any shopping experience. They fulfilled my intended purpose, and I'm very satisfied with their demeanor and integrity. I would recommend them for any/all of your needs, pertaining to the services/products that they provide. If you're ever in SLC, Park City, and/or Heber UT, you should stop in and see them. A++ experience!! Brian from California
